Isn't the English language just a tad bit more refined than this? Isn't it capable of finding and substituting a better word there in place of ''absurd''...? Why is it not absurd, then, all the sorcerous shenanigans of Potter land dwellers? Why wasn't it used to describe the improbable denizens and protagonists of such films as Neverending Story... Labyrinth... Dark Crystal... hell, Star Wars, Star Trek and all the rest!? Why is it specifically ''absurd'' here - with a fantasy featuring sea creatures and the wondrous realm that exists down below, in our oceans...? ABSURD... ATLANTIS? I think not! ENCHANTING and a true MARVEL... yes! (lecturing Marvel here on what a genuine true blue MARVEL in all caps is supposed to be...!)
Thought you'd find this aquamusing:
Brie Larson's Captain Marvel has not only
subjugated and humiliated herself
serving pop corn and drinks to moviegoers in Jersey
in total and complete servitude
(proving herself to be less than a captain and more
of a maid or a Ms,Marvel again...!)
now she wants to go on a DC -
a Disney Cruise, that is...!!!
They ALL want to be... Aquaman and Mera!
Do Feige Fags have no shame...??? No need to answer that!!!
That little girl named Brie - still wet behind the ears, not between the legs;
if it is between the legs, it isn't anything other than pee -
she just dies of envy wishing she could be as majestic as
this Sea Queen here - magnificently rendered into
statuesque statuette form
by one Joelle Jones
(not one of J'onn J'onnzz' personas - no.)
Mera does have a lot of... Medusa in her here - though!
But enough about all this!
AQUA ANNA has a craving now -
the thirst, shall we say...
AND HERE IS JUST WHAT
CAN SATISFY IT:
INDEED... if all you aim for is to forget
about the sad state the planet is in -
forget and relax, in the comfort of your own home,
How aquamusing is this now - huh? All these years I have been clamoring high and low, that Aquaman and the Nature Boy, Ric Flair, have a hell of a lot in common - when everybody else was going for the obvious Aquaman-Luke Skywalker similarities, for example...
But who has been standing by Flair's side aaaall of these years,
ever-so faithfully (hell, much more so than his women!) HUH?
That's right - the guy on the left, on Ric's right:
Orin Would Like It In Ural, Surely... And Other FB Funnies
Heck, look at that: *I* would love it there, too! With the glowing rocks, incandescent dykes and overall coziness of it all, this is like... the ultimate luminous cave here!!!
Next up, let's stop by the BAHAMAS - where Sharkey can stop, relax, feel right t home as he chomps away at something - whatever thing he caught, there, in his massive jaws... (cue in the classic theme music...)
Celebrating one year since the government of the Bahamas announced that all commercial shark fishing in the approximately 630,000 square kilometers (243,244 square miles) of the country’s waters is now prohibited.
This Shark Sanctuary permanently protects more than 40 shark species in Bahamian waters.
Thanks again to all those involved in this legislation! Let's wrap this up with THE DIVE OF THE CENTURY... DIVE... CENTURY... D.C. - once again! There really are DCs everywhere one dares to even look; much less contemplate... But that's another story.
~My Mer-name is Glaucus Bioluminescence. Wow ~ even the Mer~folk agree that I am luminous! ~They identify me with a minor sea~deity though: Glaukos has nothing to do with glaucoma, at least ~~~ (thank God! The REAL GOD!) ~~~~ Oh... no; Glaukos gave its color to glaucoma... :( ~~ well, says they! ~~~~~~~~ Aegir, Poseidon, Triton and scores of others are more powerful than him, anyway... so there! Everything will be fine! The Aquaficionadas are on my side! :) ~ Take The Merfolk Name Generator Test anyway! ~ Created with Rum and Monkey's Name Generator.
... An LP Anthem to the end of a childhood dream...? By LP...
... and assorted aquatic tunes for your listening pleasure... (l.p.)...!
But now, for your reading pleasure... ISSUU - brought to you by... an Aquaficionada!
Look, below, on this luminous aqua-map: PROOF that the Earth is indeed 70% SEA WATER! Weep, batty ones! ;)
